This screen is still being finished. The steps below describe how it will work; check them against the portal once it is live.

When Suggest a change is greyed, or a request is refused when you send it, the reason is one of these.

ReasonWhat it meansWhat to do
The subscription is paused or cancelledOnly an active subscription can take a changeAsk the client to resume it from their account, then try again
A charge is within six hoursThe next tin is already being preparedWait until the charge has run; the change will then apply to the following one
A request is already openOne request per tin at a timeWait for the client to decide, or cancel the open one and send a new request
The client has stopped sharingTheir consent has been withdrawnAsk them; if they agree, sharing restarts from the next plan you send
We have no email address for the clientThe client's Yutrients account has no usable addressAsk the client to update their account at yutrients.com
The plan type is not supported yetSwitching between monthly and 90-day is not something a request can doThe client can switch from their own account; suggest the blend change after that
The subscription is an older typeSubscriptions started before the programme cannot take a requestThe client can change it from their account, or ask customer service
Your account is pausedRequests cannot be sent while an account is pausedSee I can't sign in
Changes are switched offWe have paused change requests programme-wide, briefly, for maintenanceTry again later; we announce anything longer by email

A change that was accepted, then refused

A request can be approved and still not apply: the client edited the subscription in the meantime, an ingredient left the catalogue, a limit moved, or the live price rose above what they agreed. The request shows the reason on its timeline. Request statuses explained.
