When a client stops sharing
What you will see, and what happens to pending requests, when a client withdraws consent.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
A client can stop sharing at any time — from their Yutrients account, from a link in any plan or change email, or by asking our customer service. When they do:
You get an email: "Sam has stopped sharing with you." It gives no reason; we do not have one to give, and would not pass one on if we did.
Their subscriptions disappear from your view. The client's Subscriptions tab goes back to showing nothing, and their header reads "Stopped sharing" with the date.
Pending change requests are cancelled with the reason "the client stopped sharing". A request they had already approved still applies, because they agreed to that change themselves.
Their subscription is unaffected. It renews as before, at the price they have, with the blend they have.
Plans you sent still work until they expire, and orders from them still earn commission as normal.
Ask them, not us
If you want to know why, ask your client. Our customer service will not discuss it with you.
Sharing again
If the client changes their mind, the consent box is on the page of any new plan you send. Ticking it starts sharing again from that point.
