This screen is still being finished. The steps below describe how it will work; check them against the portal once it is live.

A subscription belongs to your client. You can suggest a change to the blend in it; nothing happens until they say yes.

  1. Open the client → Subscriptions → the tin → Suggest a change.

  2. The editor opens with the blend as it is now. Change doses, add or remove ingredients, switch or remove the base, or rename the tin. Your tier's limits apply as they do anywhere else.

  3. Review. A before-and-after table of every line, the price now and the price if approved, and the date the change would first apply from.

  4. Add a note if you like — plain words, at most a few sentences, checked for words we cannot send. Say what you have changed and why you chose it, not what it will do.

  5. Press Send to Sam. The client gets an email with the same before-and-after and two buttons: approve or decline.

  6. Until they approve, nothing changes. The request shows on the tin as Pending, with its expiry date; it lasts seven days.

What you can change

Doses, ingredients, the base, and the tin's name. Not the plan type (monthly to 90-day, or back), not the date, not skips or pauses — those are the client's, from their own account.

Prices

The price after is what the client will pay per charge if they approve: unchanged lines keep their current price, and only lines you changed are priced at today's rates. The client agrees to that figure when they approve. If our catalogue prices move before they decide, they are asked to confirm the new figure — The price in the email looks different.
