How we use your application details

DRAFT — awaiting solicitor review. When you apply to the Yutrients partner programme we collect the details you give us on the form — your name, email address, phone number, country, what you do, your links, and anything you upload as proof of expertise — so that we can decide on your application and, if we accept it, set up your account. We keep applications we do not accept for 12 months and then delete them, along with anything you uploaded. Certificates are held in private storage and are seen only by the staff reviewing your application. Your details are held by Yutrients (Yor Nutrition Ltd) and by the services we use to run the programme: Supabase (database and file storage), Clerk (sign-in) and Resend (email). We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing partner@yutrients.com.
