Version v1-draft
Yutrients partner and affiliate terms
Published 16/09/2026
This is a draft. It has been written in-house and has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor, so it is not in force. We will publish the reviewed version before the programme opens, and ask everyone to accept it.
DRAFT — awaiting solicitor review. These terms are not yet in force.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover two kinds of account. A Partner is a nutrition professional who builds blends for their own clients. An Affiliate is a creator who shares blends and links with their audience.
2. Commission
You earn 10% of the first order a customer places through you and 5% of every order after that. Rates are shown in your portal and can be changed with notice. Commission is calculated on the blend lines of an order after discounts, excluding delivery and tax. It becomes payable after a 30-day hold and is paid once your balance reaches £25.
3. Refunds and cancellations
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the commission on it is removed or taken off your next payment.
4. What you must not say
Yutrients sells food supplements. You must not say or imply that any product prevents, treats or cures a disease, and you must not promise results. Affiliates must make paid or commercial relationships clear every time, using #ad, in line with the ASA/CAP rules.
5. Your clients (Partners)
You see a client's blends and orders only while that client has agreed to share them with you. You never see their address or payment details. You are responsible for your own advice to your clients.
6. Ending the arrangement
Either of us can end this arrangement at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; commission already earned and not in dispute is still paid.
7. Changes
We will tell you before these terms change, and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in.
