What you can and can't see

The subscriptions list under a client and what each line means.

PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026

  1. Open the client and choose the Subscriptions tab. It needs the client's consent — until they have ticked the box on their plan page, the tab says "Waiting for Sam to accept sharing".

  2. Subscriptions are grouped by tin. Each line shows the blend's name, the plan ("Monthly subscription" or "90-day plan, ships monthly"), its status, the next charge date, the price per charge, and when it started.

  3. Orders for those tins — order name, date and dispatch status — sit under the Orders & earnings tab, alongside what each earned.

What you see

Only the subscriptions that came from plans you sent, and only while the client's consent stands. For each: blend, base and ingredients with daily amounts; status; cadence; next charge date; price per charge; your own change requests.

What is not shown

Anything else on the client's account. Not their address, phone number or payment details; not an order for something you did not build; not the email in full; not our costs or any system identifier.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveRenewing on the date shown
PausedThe client has paused it from their account; no charges until they resume
CancelledNo further charges; the tins already paid for still ship
