Help / Subscriptions and changes
Things only your client can do
Skip, pause, cancel, dates, address and payment live in the client's own Yutrients account — and how to point them there.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
The subscription is the client's. What you can do is suggest a change to the blend; everything else is theirs.
Theirs to do
Skip the next tin.
Pause for a while, or resume.
Cancel.
Move the next charge date, or order a tin now.
Switch between monthly and 90-day, or to a one-off.
Change the delivery address or the card.
All of it lives in their Yutrients account: sign in at yutrients.com → Manage subscription. No fee, no minimum, no call from us.
Wording that works
"You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your Yutrients account — sign in, then Manage subscription. If you'd rather, their customer service will do it for you: hello@yutrients.com."
"I can't move your delivery date from my side — it's your account, not mine. It's under Manage subscription, or email hello@yutrients.com and they'll change it."
Customer service
Yutrients customer service can do all of the above for a client who asks: hello@yutrients.com. They will not discuss a client's account with you — that is what the consent you can see through the portal is for, and it does not extend to changing things.
