Client consent to sharing
What you can see once a client consents, what you never see, and what happens when they stop.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
A client's blends, orders and subscriptions are their personal data. We show them to you only when the client has said yes, on yutrients.com, in their own words.
The client ticks the consent box on the plan page, before adding it to their basket. The wording is: "I agree that Jane Doe can see the blends in this plan and how my orders and subscription for them are going. I can stop this at any time." You cannot tick it for them, and we will not ask them on your behalf.
Until they do, the client's Subscriptions tab says "Waiting for Sam to accept sharing" and shows nothing.
Once they have, the tab shows what is below, and the client's header reads "Sharing agreed" with the date.
What you see
For the blends in plans you sent — and only those:
the blend's name, base and ingredients with daily amounts;
order name, date and dispatch status;
subscription status, cadence, next charge date and the price per charge;
the history of your own change requests.
What you never see
An address, a phone number, payment details, the account email in full, any other blend or order on their account, our costs, or any system identifier. Affiliates see none of this for anyone; counts and amounts only.
When a client stops sharing
They can, at any time, from their account, from a link in any plan email, or through our customer service. You get an email saying sharing has stopped, without a reason; their subscriptions disappear from your view; any pending change request is cancelled; their subscription carries on. When a client stops sharing has the detail.
Use it for that client only
What you see through the portal is confidential. Use it to advise that client and nothing else — no exports, no sharing, no marketing. Section 7 of the programme terms.
