What your client sees when you suggest a change
The change email and the approval page, from the client's side.

This screen is still being finished. The steps below describe how it will work; check them against the portal once it is live.
The email. Subject: "Jane Doe has suggested a change to your Calm Evenings subscription". The first line is "Nothing changes unless you approve". Then a before-and-after table with added, removed and changed lines marked and the base shown as a block; the price now and the price if approved, with the cadence ("£42.00 every month"); "From your charge on 12 October"; "Tins already made or paid for stay as they are"; your note, if you wrote one; and two buttons, Review and approve and Decline.
The approval page on yutrients.com. The same table and figures, plus a checkbox — "I agree to pay £42.00 every month from 12 October" — that has to be ticked to approve. Declining asks for an optional reason.
A reminder, once, 48 hours before the request expires if it is still pending.
A confirmation once the change has been applied: the new blend, the new price, the date it applies from and when they approved it. That email is their lasting record of the price change.
Safety note
If any dose in the proposed blend is above the customer maximum, the email carries the same short safety line as a plan email — GP or pharmacist first if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or under medical care.
If the client did not expect it
The email ends with "Didn't expect this? Decline or contact us" and a line explaining that they are sharing this subscription with you, with a link to stop.
