partner@yutrients.com — what to include so we can help first time, and what never to send.

EveryoneUpdated 15/09/2026

One address for everything about the programme: partner@yutrients.com. A person reads it.

What to include

  1. Write from the address on your account. It is how we know it is you, and it lets us act on the request without a second round of checks.

  2. Your display name, as it appears at the top of the portal.

  3. What you were doing and what you saw — the screen, the button, the exact wording of any message. A screenshot of the portal is fine.

  4. The id. For a plan or a change request, the client's first name only and the date it was sent; for a product, its short code; for a ledger line, the date and the blend. Every screen shows enough to identify the thing without naming anyone.

What never to send

Anything about a client's health, their full name and address together, their card details, or anything you learned in a consultation. We do not need it to help you, we would have to delete it, and section 7.2 of the programme terms asks you not to put health information anywhere in our systems.

How quickly

A working day for most things. Payout questions in the days around a run can take a little longer. Anything about the security of your account — a sign-in you did not make, a plan you did not send — say so in the subject line and we put it first.

Not us

For a client's or a customer's own account — their address, their card, pausing or cancelling — it is Yutrients customer service, hello@yutrients.com, and it is the client who should write, not you.
