My client didn't get the email
Spam, the address you entered, an account under a different email, resend, or send the link yourself.

Ask them to check spam, junk and any promotions tab. The email comes from a Yutrients address with your name as the sender.
Check the address. The plan went to the email on the client's record — open Clients and look at the partly hidden address next to their name. A typo there is the most common cause.
A different Yutrients account. If the client already shops with us under another email, use that one: the plan links to the account that opens it, and the consent and subscriptions sit there. Archive the client and add them again with the right address.
Resend. On the client's Plans tab, press Resend. A new link is made, the old one stops, and the email goes again. The plan shows when it was emailed, so you can see it went.
Or send the link yourself. Resend shows the new link once, with a copy button. Paste it into your own message to the client.
If the plan says "Email failed"
Our email provider could not deliver — a full inbox, a bounced address, a domain that blocks us. The plan is still made and its link works; copy it and send it yourself, or fix the address and resend.
For change requests
The same steps apply, with one difference: a change email goes to the address on the client's Yutrients account, not the one on your client record. If they never see it, resend from the request; at most three times, an hour apart.
