Client privacy

What we hold about a client, what you hold, and who is responsible for what.

PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026

  1. We hold the client's Yutrients account — their orders, their subscriptions, their consent to share with you, and the plans and change requests you sent them. For all of that, Yutrients is the controller.

  2. You hold your own records — consultations, notes, files — outside our systems. For those, you are an independent controller and UK data protection law applies to you directly. Neither of us processes data on the other's behalf, so there is no processor agreement to sign.

  3. Don't put health information in the portal. Not in a client's reference, not in a blend's name, not in a plan message, not in a note on a change request. There is no notes field on a client for exactly this reason.

  4. Keep what you see confidential. Whatever the portal shows you about a client — with their consent — is for advising that client. No exports, no sharing, no marketing lists.

  5. Consent is theirs to give and withdraw. They tick the box on their plan page; they can stop from their account, from any plan email, or through customer service. When they do, your view ends and any pending request is cancelled. We do not tell you why.

"I agree that Jane Doe can see the blends in this plan and how my orders and subscription for them are going. I can stop this at any time." The version of that wording a client agreed to is recorded with their consent.

Security incidents

If you become aware of anyone else getting into your portal account, or of client information from the portal going somewhere it should not, email partner@yutrients.com within 24 hours.

The documents

The privacy notice covers what we hold about you. Section 7 of the programme terms is the full statement of the rules above. The client's own privacy notice is on yutrients.com.
