What practitioners can and can't see
Who sees which clients, plans, earnings and bank details inside a clinic.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
The rule is simple: a practitioner sees their own work; the owner sees everyone's. Money details stay with the owner.
Side by side
| Practitioner | Owner | |
|---|---|---|
| Their own clients, plans, presets | Yes | Yes |
| Another practitioner's clients and plans | No | Yes, read-only |
| Their own earnings | Yes | Yes |
| The whole team's earnings | No | Yes, per practitioner and in total |
| The clinic's bank details | No | Yes |
| Payouts and statements | No | Yes |
| The Team page | No | Yes |
What read-only means for the owner
Open Clients and switch to All practitioners: every client across the clinic is listed with the practitioner's name. Opening one of another practitioner's clients shows the same tabs — Plans, Subscriptions, Orders and earnings — with every button gone. The owner cannot create or resend a plan, suggest a change, or archive a client that is not theirs; a banner at the top names whose client it is.
What a practitioner sees instead
Earnings lists their own lines only, credited to them, with a note that payouts are managed by the clinic.
Payouts and Bank details are not there. Following a link to either lands on Earnings or Account with the sentence "Payouts are managed by your clinic".
Their dashboard and Account page name the clinic.
What nobody in the clinic sees
The same things no partner sees: a client's address, phone number or payment details, orders for anything they did not build, or the email in full. See Client privacy.
