How the clinic gets paid
Commission per practitioner, one payout to the clinic, and where the statement lists each person's lines.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
Commission is earned per practitioner and paid per clinic. Each person can see what their own plans brought in; the money goes to one place.
A client buys from a plan. The commission line is credited to the practitioner who sent the plan, at the rate that applies to them, and shows on their Earnings page like any partner's.
The hold runs. Each line is pending for 30 days after the order, then available — exactly as for a solo partner.
The monthly run pays the clinic. On the 1st of the month, every practitioner's available lines are added together into one payout to the clinic's owner, once the total reaches £25.00. It goes to the bank details on the owner's Account page.
The statement lists everyone. The owner's Payouts page opens each statement with a Practitioner column, so each person's lines sit under their name. It prints, and downloads as a CSV.
Which rate applies
A practitioner's rate is their own override if we have set one, otherwise the clinic's rate if the clinic has one, otherwise the programme's partner rate. The rate on each line is fixed at the moment the order is paid and shown on the line. See How commission is calculated.
Where to look
| You want to know | Where it is |
|---|---|
| What one practitioner earned | Earnings → Team, one row per person, with the clinic total underneath (owner); or their own Earnings page (practitioner) |
| Every line across the clinic | Earnings → switch the ledger from Mine to Team (owner) |
| The clinic's available balance and next payout | Earnings → Payouts, "Available now, whole clinic" (owner) |
| Where the money goes | Account → Getting paid, on the owner's account only |
Refunds and removed practitioners
A refund reduces the practitioner's line and the clinic's next payout, in the same way as for any partner. If a practitioner is removed from the clinic, lines they already earned still belong to the clinic and are paid with the next run.
