Set up your team
What a clinic account is, who the owner is, and where the Team page lives.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
A clinic is a team on the partner programme: one owner — the clinic's admin account — and any number of practitioners. Every person has their own sign-in, their own referral code, their own clients and plans. The owner sees the whole team; each practitioner sees their own work.
Ask us to set your clinic up. Clinics are created by the Yutrients team, either when you apply as a clinic or by turning an existing partner account into a clinic's owner. Email partner@yutrients.com with the clinic's name and the account that should own it.
Find the Team page. Once your account is the owner, a Team item appears in the portal's navigation, between Presets and Earnings. It is only shown to the owner.
Invite your practitioners. From Team, press Invite a practitioner and enter their first name, last name and email. See Invite a practitioner.
Carry on practising. The owner is a partner too: your own clients, presets and plans work exactly as before. The Team page and the "All practitioners" views sit alongside them.
Who is who
| Role | What it means |
|---|---|
| Owner | The clinic's admin. Sees every practitioner's clients and plans, the team's earnings, and holds the clinic's bank details and payouts. Can practise as well |
| Practitioner | A partner account inside the clinic. Sees only their own clients, plans and earnings. Never sees bank details, payouts or another practitioner's clients |
One owner per clinic. If the owner needs to change, email us; it is not something the portal does on its own.
What the Team page shows
Each member with their role and status, how many clients they have, how many plans they have sent, and what they have earned this month. Below that, every invitation with its status, and Resend or Withdraw beside the ones still waiting.
Removing a practitioner
Remove on a member's row stops their sign-in working. Their clients, plans and earnings stay on record for the clinic — you can still open them, read-only — and any commission they earned is still paid to the clinic in the normal way.
