Help / Sending plans to clients

Resend, revoke and expiry

What to do when the client has not bought — resend for a fresh link, revoke to stop it, duplicate once it has expired.

The statuses

On a client's Plans tab each plan wears one of five chips:

ChipMeaning
SentEmailed or copied, not opened yet
OpenedThe client has opened the page at least once
PurchasedThey bought at least one blend from it
ExpiredThe link's days ran out with no purchase
RevokedYou stopped the link

The date under the chip says when the link stops working and how many days are left.

Resend

  1. Open the plan on the Plans tab and press Resend.

  2. Confirm. A new link is made and emailed; the old one stops working at that moment.

  3. The new link is shown once, with a copy button, so you can pass it on yourself as well.

Resend works on a plan that is Sent, Opened or Expired. A resent plan keeps its original expiry unless you send a new plan.

Revoke

Press Revoke and confirm. The link stops working immediately and the plan shows Revoked. Use it when a plan went to the wrong address or you have changed your mind about a blend. A revoked plan cannot be brought back; send a new one.

Expired

An expired plan is simply a link that ran out. To send it again, start a new plan and choose Duplicate a previous blend for each blend you want to reuse — every line is checked against today's catalogue and priced afresh.

Chasing

Ask once. The programme's no-urgency rule applies to partners as well as to our own emails: no countdowns, no "last chance", no second reminder from us on your behalf.
