Help / Sending plans to clients
Add a client
First name, last name, email and an optional reference — and why there is no notes field.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
A client is someone who has asked you for a plan. Adding them takes four fields and no more.
Go to Clients → Add client.
Enter the details the client gave you: first name, last name and email address. The email is where their plan will be sent, so use the one they check.
Add a reference if you keep your own ids — optional, and never anything about their health.
Save. You land on their page, ready to build a plan.
Before you add someone
Only add a person who has asked you for a plan and knows we will email them. You need a lawful basis for giving us their details, and you must have told them what to expect. Nobody under 18.
Why there is no notes field
A client record holds a name, an email and a reference — deliberately. Anything about a client's health belongs in your own records, not in ours. That is what keeps their data theirs and yours yours; see Client privacy.
The same email twice
An email address can be on your list once. If you try to add it again, the portal says so and points you to the existing client.
Archiving a client
At the foot of a client's page, Archive takes them off your list. Plans already sent keep working until they expire, and their subscriptions carry on.
