EveryoneUpdated 15/09/2026
Every figure on this page is read from the programme's settings at the moment you open it. The help centre cannot disagree with the ledger, because it has no numbers of its own.
| Current value | What it means | |
|---|---|---|
| First-order rate | 10% | Share of the eligible amount of a customer's first attributed order |
| Later-order rate | 5% | Share of every later attributed order from that customer, renewals included |
| Hold | 30 days | How long a line stays Pending after the order is paid, in case of a refund |
| Minimum payout | £25.00 | An available balance below this carries forward to the next month |
| Payout day | the 1st of the month | When the monthly run creates payouts |
| Click window | 30 days | Affiliates only: how long after a click an order for something other than your blend can count |
Your own rates
If we have set different rates for your account, your Account page shows those, and they are the ones applied. Signed in, the two rate rows above show your rates; signed out, they show the programme defaults.
When these change
At least 30 days' notice by email and in the portal, applying to orders paid after the change. Commission already recorded keeps the rate it was recorded at — Programme terms and versions.
