Tracking clicks and orders
What counts as a click, what counts as an order, the click window, and why some clicks never convert on paper.

A click is counted when someone opens your short link, or opens your long link in a browser that accepts marketing cookies. Short links count every time; long links only when the visitor has said yes to cookies.
An order for your blend counts whatever the visitor's cookie choice. The blend itself carries your code — no cookie needed. That includes orders for a blend a customer made by editing yours.
Any other order within the click window — 30 days from the click — counts only if the visitor accepted marketing cookies. The last click before the order wins.
Where the numbers show. Clicks and orders per product on the Products page; every order with its commission on the Earnings page. An order appears once it is paid; commission becomes available after the hold.
Why clicks and orders never quite match
Some people click and do not buy. Some buy weeks later, after the window. Some decline cookies and then buy something other than your blend, which we cannot connect to you. And some click your link twice. Clicks measure interest; orders measure what you were paid for.
Renewals
When someone subscribes to your blend, each renewal is a later order from that customer and earns the later-order rate — for as long as they subscribe. A subscription that started before they ever clicked your link is theirs, not yours, and its renewals earn nothing.
What you never see
Who bought. Affiliates see counts and amounts: the blend, the date, the eligible amount and your commission. Never a name, an email or an address.
