Programme terms and versions
The current terms, how versions work, and where your acceptance dates are recorded.
EveryoneUpdated 15/09/2026
The programme runs on one document, the partner terms, and one privacy notice. Both live in our systems as numbered versions, not as files in an email, so the text you accepted is the text we can show you later.
The current versions
Partner terms — the rules of the programme: joining, what you may say, blends and limits, clients and consent, commission, ending membership.
Privacy notice — what we hold about you as an applicant and a member, and for how long.
Each page shows its version number and the date it was published. While a version is an in-house draft that a solicitor has not yet reviewed, the page says so at the top.
Your acceptance
Your Account page shows the version you accepted and when. Accepting happens on the apply form the first time and on a sign-in page each time a new version is published — Accept updated terms.
Past versions
Email partner@yutrients.com with the version number, or the date, and we will send the text.
What changes need notice
Changes to the default rates, your rates, the hold, the minimum payout, the click window or the payout schedule need at least 30 days' notice, by email and in the portal, and apply to orders paid after the change. Commission already recorded is not affected. Section 8.13 of the terms.
