Invite a practitioner
Adding someone to your clinic, what they receive, and what to do if the invitation lapses.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
Only the clinic's owner can invite. An invitation creates nothing until it is accepted, so an ignored one leaves no half-made account behind.
Go to Team → Invite a practitioner.
Enter their first name, last name and email address. The email is where the invitation goes and the address they will sign in with, so use the one they check.
Press Send invitation. They receive one email, from us in your name, with a link to set up their sign-in. The link works for 30 days.
When they accept, their account is created under your clinic with its own referral code, and they agree to the partner terms like anyone else. They then appear on the Team page as active.
What the practitioner receives
An email that says you have added them to the clinic's team, with the sign-in link and how long it works. Replies to it go to you, not to us. Nothing about the clinic's earnings or bank details is in it.
Resend and withdraw
Resend makes a fresh link and sends the email again. The old link stops working. Use it if the email did not arrive, or the 30 days have passed.
Withdraw cancels an invitation that has not been accepted. The link stops working; you can invite the same person again later.
When an invitation is refused
| The page says | What to do |
|---|---|
| That email already has a Yutrients partner account | They are already on the programme. Email partner@yutrients.com and we can move them into your clinic |
| Already has an invitation waiting | Use Resend on the existing one rather than inviting again |
| The sign-in invitation was not sent | The person is on your list, but the link could not be made just now. Press Resend in a minute |
