Help / Account and bank details
Add or change bank details
A UK account in your name, shown masked, with a fresh sign-in code before any change.

This screen is still being finished. The steps below describe how it will work; check them against the portal once it is live.
Payouts go by bank transfer to a UK account in your name. We hold the details encrypted; the portal shows them masked and never shows them in full again.
Go to Account → Payouts → Bank details.
Enter the account holder's name exactly as the bank has it, the six-digit sort code and the eight-digit account number.
Confirm with a fresh sign-in code. We email a code as at sign-in; a change is only saved once you type it. If the page says a sign-in is needed, that is this step.
Save. You get an email confirming that the details were changed — if you did not make the change, reply to it at once.
From then on the page shows the last two digits of the sort code and the last four of the account number, and nothing more.
The 72-hour check
A payout approved within 72 hours of a change to your bank details may be held briefly while we check the change is yours. It is paid in the same run once confirmed, or the next.
If a payout fails
The payout shows "Could not be paid" with a note to check your details. Correct them and the payout goes in the next run.
Whose name
The account must be in your name, or your practice's where that is the name on your programme account. We cannot pay a third party.
