Safety notes, nutritionist review, and why flags never block
What happens when an amount in a partner's blend is above the customer maximum.
PartnersUpdated 15/09/2026
A Partner can set an ingredient above its customer maximum, up to the internal maximum. When you do, four things follow — and none of them stops the order.
The blend is flagged for our nutritionist. The editor shows an amber "Above customer max (practitioner range)" chip on the line and a note under the blend. When the plan is sent, the flag goes to our review queue.
The client's email carries a short safety note. It asks anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care to speak to their GP or pharmacist before starting. The same advisory is printed on every tin.
The order goes ahead. A flag is a note for review, not a hold. The client can add the plan to their basket and pay as normal, and the tin is made on the normal timeline.
We may get in touch. Our nutritionist may email you with a question, or the client with a suggestion. In the rare case we think a blend is unsuitable, we may hold or decline it — section 6.4 of the programme terms.
Where responsibility sits
You advise your client; we make the tin. The programme does not review your advice, and a flag being cleared is not an endorsement of it. What we check is that every amount is within the limits for your tier and that nothing said about the blend is a claim.
What is never in the portal
Do not put health information about a client anywhere in the portal — not in a blend's name, not in a plan message, not in a preset's notes. There is no notes field on a client record on purpose. See Client privacy.
