Marketing and claims rules
The one-page version of section 5 of the terms — describe, never promise; the words that get stopped; #ad; no earnings or discount claims.
EveryoneUpdated 15/09/2026
Yutrients products are food supplements, not medicines. Everything below follows from that one fact.
Describe, never promise. Say what a blend is — its ingredients, the amounts, that it is made in the UK, why you chose it for this person. Never what it does for the body, a symptom, a condition or a health outcome. Only authorised claims in their authorised wording may be used, and only where we have confirmed a product qualifies.
The words that get stopped: "cure", "treat", "heal", "prevent", "remedy", "miracle", "guaranteed", "guarantee", "clinically proven", "doctor approved", "NHS", and the names of conditions (for example cancer or diabetes). Our systems refuse them in an affiliate's product name and in a plan message; for a partner's preset or blend name they show as a warning, because a client sees it and a client is one person — but the rule is the same.
Say it is an ad. Affiliates: #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label on every post that carries your link, visible before anyone engages. Partners: tell a client, before they buy, that we pay you when they do.
No earnings claims, no discount claims. Nothing about what someone could earn beyond the rates on your Account page; nothing about a code or a special price, because there is none.
No brand-term ads, no spam, no cloaking. No search advertising on "Yutrients" or our product names; no unsolicited messages with your link; no misleading or hidden links, forced or paid-for clicks, and nothing aimed at under-18s.
Brand assets as provided. Use the logos, images and wording we give you, unaltered.
Where the checks run
Blend names are checked as you type, on every preview.
Plan messages are checked before you send; the portal warns as you write and our servers refuse a message that fails.
Change-request notes are checked the same way.
Focus words
Some words are the names of our own bases — a focus area, not a promise. Those show a note asking you to take care rather than a block. "Chosen because you said sleep was your focus" describes a choice; anything that says what the blend will do about it is a claim.
What happens when a rule is broken
We may rename, hold or disable a blend or plan, and may pause or block the account. Sections 5, 6.4 and 9 of the programme terms.
