If your blend is disabled

Why a product can show "Disabled by Yutrients", what its links do, and what to do next.

  1. Why. A product can be disabled by us for three reasons: its name or how it was promoted broke the claims rules; an ingredient or base in it left the catalogue; or the account it belongs to has been paused. The product's card and page say "Disabled by Yutrients" with the reason.

  2. What the links do. The product page on yutrients.com shows "This blend is no longer available". The short link sends people to the Yutrients home page instead of recording a click. Nothing bought after the disable earns commission on it.

  3. What to do. Open the product and choose Duplicate and edit. Fix what was wrong — a different name, a replacement for the missing ingredient — and create a new product with a new link. The old link cannot be brought back.

  4. If you think it is a mistake, email partner@yutrients.com with the product's short code. A person will look and reply.

Orders already in a basket

Someone who added the blend to their basket before it was disabled can still check out. If the disable happened before they paid, that order's commission is void, with the reason shown on the ledger.

Catalogue changes

We change the catalogue from time to time. When an ingredient leaves it, products that contain it are disabled rather than quietly made without it — a customer should always get exactly what the page described.
