Reading the earnings ledger
Each column and each status on the Earnings page, and how to filter and download it.
EveryoneUpdated 17/09/2026
Earnings lists every order that earned, or would have earned, commission. One line per blend per order.
The columns
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Date | When the order was paid |
| Product or stack | The blend's name |
| Client | The client's first name only — partners only; affiliates see no customer details |
| Type | Order, Adjustment, or a historic rate — see below |
| Eligible | The blend lines of the order after your client's discount, before tax and delivery |
| Rate | The rate applied to this line, as it was on the day |
| Commission | Eligible × rate. Negative for an adjustment, shown in red |
| Status | Pending, Available, Paid or Void |
| Available | When a pending line becomes available; or the date it was paid |
Types
Almost every line reads Order: one rate, on every order, renewals included. An Adjustment is a correction, usually a partial refund coming back off.
A line marked First order (historic rate) was earned under the old model, before 17 September 2026, when a customer's opening order paid a different rate from the ones after it. Those lines are kept exactly as they were paid rather than hidden or relabelled — they are on payout statements you have already had.
The statuses
Pending — inside the hold of 30 days after the order.
Available — past the hold and not yet in a payout; it goes in the next run once your balance reaches £25.00.
Paid — included in a payout that has been paid; the date is shown.
Void — removed, with the reason underneath: refunded in full, order cancelled, self-referral, product disabled, account paused, or a staff correction. Void lines stay visible, struck through.
Filtering and downloading
Choose a status and a month above the table and press Show. The filters are in the page's address, so a view can be bookmarked. Download as CSV exports the same lines with the same filters; for a payout's own statement, use the payout page instead.
